Last week the employees from Ideal Cabinets came together to sign the wall of a new home in Roanoke. The first wall that would be raised on this home. This is the second time we have participated in this special event, and we were very excited about it. This is a Habitat for Humanity Home sponsored by WSLS Channel 10 and several other sponsors like Ideal Cabinets; We are honored to join with these partners to build this home and work on a project.
Since 1986 Habitat for Humanity in Roanoke has helped build a community alongside diverse people from every walk of life. They believe that everyone deserves a safe home that can serve as a foundation for education, professional achievement and personal growth for them and their families.
If you are not familiar with Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley, their Mission is simply this: Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
We can’t wait to give them their brand new kitchen !! We may be more excited than they are.
